Godrej properties has built a portfolio of properties that embark several cities across the country. With their new project Godrej Two they are expanding their vision of developing Vikhroli into a fully integrated city within the city of Mumbai. In this new project they have invested in the best global minds in design, infrastructure, urban planning and construction. By integrating a propetech solution they wanted to reflect their vision to their customers and portray the vision behind the project. Built around 1,320,000 Sq.Ft. Godrej Two gives a distinctive volumetric character and distinctive façade on all sides.

Solution
Our team at Flipspaces intertwined technology and property together to build a customized solution for Godrej Two. We created an extraordinary experience for their clientele with a virtual walkthrough of their space that provided an immersive tour of the property.

With multiple fitouts we created strategic layout options of the property opening up new dimensions in which the client can envision setting up their space.

We created 3 design setups - Modern, Conventional and Semi-Conventional to bring out the best features of the property through our 3D visualization tool
