Challenge
Complex, non-standardized layouts demanded extreme creative agility to modernize upper levels while maintaining seamless brand consistency. Different apartments and common areas lacked holistic visualization, affecting clear vision internally and externally. Additionally, the supply chain required a diverse range of products to be delivered within a timeline and cost, and matched them thematically.
Approach
We adopted a professional, process-driven execution approach to ensure timely delivery, with regular updates shared with the client through our Vizclient app. Leveraged our global manufacturing network in India and Vietnam to deliver bespoke, made-to-specification finishes, achieving a hyper-customized look at a fraction of boutique production costs.
Solution
Using our proprietary visualization technology, we digitally created VR-enabled walkthroughs of all apartments and common areas, helping leasing teams and stakeholders gain a clear vision from day one. We then designed and visualized common areas, and delivered and installed soft furniture, flooring, and cabinetry across all apartments.
